Good Morning. School has started, summer is almost over - with autumn just around the corner, and my father is at peace. I never said "I understand how you feel" when a friend's parent passed away, because I didn't understand. Even though I may have felt a loss and hurt, it's different when it is your parent. Now I know what it is like. It is very difficult, but also a calmness because there is no more suffering. I'm from a family of eight children and we have all been together for about the last five days. It has been great to be together, but it has been a sad time for our mom and us with lots of decisions to make. However, it has also been a happy time and a celebration of life. The pastor at my parents' church has been wonderful to all of us. We laughed and we cried.

 Now, I need to get back to work as life does go on.
